The Settings page enables users to tailor the application to their operational preferences, regional standards, and visual comfort while maintaining consistency in how data is presented. No matter what is displayed on the main dashboard, Settings can be accessed using the gear icon in the bottom left corner:
The Settings Menu is divided into DEFAULTS, LAYERS, and THEME:
Defaults
Default View

Controls which screen appears immediately after login: Summary (default), ForeCast Explorer, or Map
Aggregation Method

Determines how weather and risk variables are displayed: Percentile 97 (default), Max, Min, or Average.

Used for statistical representation of risk data across the territory.
Units of Measurement

Sets the unit system for all metrics and variables throughout the application: Metric System (default) or Imperial System.

Affects temperature, distance, wind speed, and other measurements.
First Day of the Week

Configures the starting day for date pickers and calendar views: Monday (default) or Sunday.

Important for weekly risk forecasts and scheduling.

Auto Enable Asset Layers

When enabled, automatically displays asset reference layers whenever risk layers are applied.

Helps users quickly see which assets are affected by risk areas and streamlines workflow by reducing manual layer activation.
Filter Territory Layers

When enabled, territory layers will be automatically filtered according to the selected criteria.

Filter Metric Asset Layers

When enabled, Asset layers will be filtered according to the selected Asset Metrics.

Center Map on Simulation Select

When enabled, automatically moves and zooms the map to the selected simulation's location.
