This release adds table and map usability improvements, refines simulation and basemap navigation, and expands radar and forecast-chart capabilities

Column settings menus in tables now include "Select All" and "Clear All" actions.

The basemap selector now opens on click and closes only via an explicit close button.

The back button in the simulation results panel now returns to the simulation list instead of browser history.

Incident icons on the map now scale visually according to incident size.

The radar layer now supports hiding out-of-range data.

Outage Operations customers only: the forecast evolution chart in the extreme weather outages module now shows 16 rows with vertical scroll.
