Segments and Circuits can intersect, be contained by, and pass through Service Centers, which are represented as polygon geometries. The actual location of a Service Center is typically a building within the region with storage for equipment including switching devices, transformers, fuses, spools of conductors, poles, distribution assets, fleet vehicles, and more.
