Incident Mapping Basics

Incident Mapping List

The incident mapping list displays all of the mapping features for the selected incident a board. Features are grouped by geometry type (point, line, polygon or labels.)

Access the Mapping List for the selected incident and board by electing the Mapping tab on the incident card.

The Incident Mapping Grid can be opened from the mapping list.

Refresh Incident Mapping

To refresh the incident mapping click at the top of the mapping tab.

Hide or Show Features

Hide or show features on the map by clicking next to the feature.

Filter Incident Mapping Features (Map, List and Grid)

Filters that are applied to incident mapping features will filter the map, the mapping list and the incident mapping grid.

To filter incident mapping features:

1. Open the filters panel.

   1. You can open the filters panel from the Active Filters tool, mapping list or incident mapping grid by clicking

2. If not already selected, select Mapping from the category dropdown

3. Select the filters you want to apply

4. Click Apply Filters

View Feature Details

The feature details screen will display all of the available information for the selected feature.

To view all of the details and data fields for a feature:

1. Open the Mapping List

2. Click on the feature

3. You will be taken to the feature details screen

Click to return to the Incident Mapping List.
