Previous Requests

The Previous Requests tab shows all queries you have submitted. Use the Search bar to filter by description. Click Refresh to check for updates since the page last loaded — the time since the last refresh is shown next to the button.

Each row in the table shows the following columns:

  • Id — unique identifier for the request.

  • Description — the name you assigned when submitting the query.

  • Submitted By — the username that submitted the request.

  • Submitted At — time elapsed since submission.

  • Priority — the queue priority assigned at submission: Low, Medium, or High.

  • Progress — current status of the request, e.g. Completed.

Processing time varies depending on the size of the request (from under a minute for small queries to several hours for large ones). You do not need to remain on the page while a query runs.

  • Duration — how long the query took to run.

  • Size — size of the result output.

  • Expires At — date after which the result will no longer be available for download.

Some columns are sortable. Click a column header to sort; click again to reverse the sort order.

Each row has action buttons on the left and right:

  • Reuse Request (left side) — load this request's parameters into the New Request form as a starting point for a new query.

  • Download — download the result file.

  • Visualize — open a chart to visualize results, if available for the data output generated.

  • Delete — remove the request.
