The print map tool gives you the ability to generate a screenshot and pdf document to share.
To generate a print map document:

Click
-
Enter a title and description in the dialog box

Click Print
A PDF document will be generated and opened in a new tab when complete.
The tool will automatically capture the map extent to include in the generated document.
