Troubleshooting Mobile Login Issues

Review the information listed below to troubleshoot login issues on fiResponse Mobile.

Note: To access fiResponse Mobile, the user must have the appropriate role and permissions

Tip: Ensure the latest version of fiResponse Mobile is installed on the mobile device and the operating system is up to-date.

  • Do not type the full email address and also select an email domain. An error will occur and login attempt will be unsuccessful.

  • Confirm there are no leading or trailing spaces in Username field. Spaces will be read by the App and login attempt will be unsuccessful.

  • Confirm the correct environment is selected. Users may not have access to all of the environments.

  • Tap the eyeball icon at the end of the Password field to make the password text visible and verify the correct password has been entered. Similar to the username, leading or trailing spaces will make the password incorrect.

  • Passwords may not be the same for each environment. Ensure password is not expired. If the password is expired it must be reset from fiResponse Web.

  • Confirm successful login on fiResponse Web in the same environment as on fiResponse Mobile.

  • New users must complete fiResponse account setup before logging in to fiResponse Mobile.

  • If the user’s password was reset by someone else, the user will first need to login to fiResponse Web with the temporary password, set a new password, and then attempt to login to fiResponse Mobile.
