Review the information on the page to learn how to sign in to fiResponse Web if you agency has completed Single Sign On (SSO) integration with fiResponse.
Note: If your agency has completed SSO integration, then you must use the SSO process to sign in to fiResponse.

Navigate to your agency’s fiResponse landing page on the Web.

Click Sign In.

Click User / Email.

Enter the Email and Password associated with your fiResponse user account and then click Login.
