The functionality available to the user is based on the user’s role and permissions.
Projects can be linked to multiple DPA Plans. Linking projects allows for easy sorting and showing/tracking the relation of projects year to year.
To link Projects, follow the steps outlined below:
When Projects are linked to two DPA Plans, edits made to the Project will be reflected in both DPA Plans

In Planner, open the DPA Plans page.

Use filters and search bar to find the preferred DPA Plan.

Link data to another plan

In the right column, Destination DPA Plan, use the drop-drown list to select the DPA Plan to to which the Projects should be linked.

The left column, Current Plan, displays the current plan and Projects in the current plan. Click in the checkboxes to select the Projects which should be moved.

Click Apply

Click Confirm
