Wildfire Analyst (WFA) Mobile is Technosylva's mobile application for field-based wildfire situational awareness and fire behavior simulation. Designed for personnel working in or near active incidents, the app provides on-demand access to critical data and predictive tools directly from an iOS or Android device.
WFA Mobile integrates real-time data from multiple sources into a single map-based interface, including ALERTWildfire camera feeds and active IRWIN incidents. Users can monitor developing conditions in the field without returning to a command post or desktop system.
The app also connects to Technosylva's fire behavior modeling engine, allowing users to run wildfire spread simulations from the field. Simulations are configured by selecting an ignition location and adjusting parameters such as weather conditions and fuel type. Results can be viewed directly on the map, supporting rapid tactical decisions during an active incident.
