county, property names and/or abbreviations and year the plan was completed. -

Private Lands: Start with 3 digit FIPS code for the county_first 2 letters of first name and first 2 of last

Plans Associated with Public Utilities: 3 digit FIPS code_4 letter utility abbreviation_Year. Example:
